Defined by great beaches, shopping, golf, superb dining options, countless water sports, wineries and other outdoor activities people are drawn to this community. Whether one calls it home, visits for a wedding, a vacation or a parade the draw of Cape May has withstood the test of time. Spicers Creek has been created with this lifestyle in mind. Spicers Creek residents will have access to two pool/spa areas, catering / club room and Cape May Marina. Cape May Marina will maintain ownership of the pools/spa areas, club space and marina. Membership to the pool/spa area will be offered on a seasonal basis for a fee and will be managed by Cape May Marina. The club room is located on the third floor of the marina office building and features a full bar, 4 flat screen TV’s and fire place. The facility will be available for catered affairs in conjunction with our food service partner Mr. Michael Craig, owner of the Washington Inn. Each pool area will also be available private parties.
Cape May Marina will continue to be operated by the Scarborough family and slips will be made available when possible on a priority basis to any Spicer Creek resident. Although no slips are offered with the purchase of a residence if a buyer desires an extended lease term for a given slip all efforts will be made to accommodate our new neighbor.
